  4）人员信息采集功能:可读取、查询第二代居民身份证和机动车驾驶证全部信息，拍摄驾驶员人脸图像，存入据库中。认证准确，可验证第二代居民身份证真伪；兼容性好。并与车辆扫描信息进行关联查询，显示所有信息。
